Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Instructor
She underwent an intensive 10-day yin yoga training with the renowned Sarah Powers in Suryalila, Spain. She also completed a 3-month long 200-hour yoga teacher training with Frog Lotus Yoga in London.

She completed a 211-hour International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coaching course taught by Martha Beck.
